Elementary music students under the direction of Ms. Joie Byrd present a Veterans Day tribute song. Ms. Byrd is not only the music teacher; she also serves as Staff Sergeant Byrd in the Virgin Islands National Guard 73rd Army Band. This is the second year she has worked with students to produce a tribute to our Veterans for Veterans Day. “This year, our four elementary classes had the joy of celebrating our Veterans together as one ensemble. This choir of 90 voices is proud to dedicate this song to the Veterans in their families, our Virgin Islands community, and around the world,” said Byrd.
