Graduate Student Surveys Job Satisfaction

March 13, 2024 by Rachel Kincaid Leave a Comment

Jennifer Miller, University of River Falls Graduate Student, seeks to gain a better understanding of Montessori job satisfaction.

“My name is Jennifer Miller, and I am currently conducting a research study on the relationship between within-day work breaks and job satisfaction among Montessori teachers. Your valuable insights and experiences as a Montessori teacher would contribute significantly to the success of this research.

“The purpose of this survey is to gain a better understanding of how within-day work breaks impact job satisfaction and overall well-being in the unique context of Montessori education. Your participation will involve completing a brief questionnaire that should take approximately 10 minutes of your time.

“Your responses will remain confidential, and the data collected will be used solely for research purposes. The results of this study aim to provide valuable insights into the factors that contribute to job satisfaction among Montessori teachers, ultimately benefiting the entire Montessori community.

“If you are willing to participate, please click on the following link to access the survey: https://uwrf.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bKRBL5vTFCkoIlg

“Your contribution to this research is highly appreciated, and your insights will undoubtedly enhance our understanding of the challenges and rewards associated with Montessori teaching. If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, please feel free to contact me at jennifer.miller@my.uwrf.edu

“Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. I look forward to receiving your valuable input.

Best regards,

Jennifer Miller
