“My name is Jennifer Miller, and I am currently conducting a research study on the relationship between within-day work breaks and job satisfaction among Montessori teachers. Your valuable insights and experiences as a Montessori teacher would contribute significantly to the success of this research.
“The purpose of this survey is to gain a better understanding of how within-day work breaks impact job satisfaction and overall well-being in the unique context of Montessori education. Your participation will involve completing a brief questionnaire that should take approximately 10 minutes of your time.
