*Create positive learning environments, fostering independence, creativity, and confidence.
*Develop strategies to guide positive children’s behavior.
*Build good open communications with children, families, and staff.
*Observe and record children’s growth, development, and behavior.
*Ensure that the environment is clean and safe.

Need:
Organizational and classroom management skills
Teamwork skills
Sound, written, and verbal communication skills
Current First Aid, CPR, BBP, TB
