Toddler Teacher in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US
The Children’s House of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced, patient, warm and loving Lead Toddler Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. The Children’s House opened its doors in 2017 on South Broad Street. Since then, with the support of our parent/caregiver network and staff, our program has grown to provide Montessori education to children ages 3 months to 6 years. We value the trust our families have in us and aim to provide a second home for our students, one where they have the independence and support to become self-guided learners. We know that our staff is essential in this mission and that is why we are seeking a Lead Teacher who shares a love of children and an admiration for their capacity as young learners.

The ability to guide a class with Montessori education practices at the toddler level

Requirements:

AMS/AMI/IMC Montessori Diploma, or a Montessori Diploma from a MACTE recognized training center for Infant/Toddler or enrollment in a certification program

Preference of 1-2 years experience with toddlers

Ability to work collaboratively

BA in Early Childhood Education or a related field
