Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Montessori Teacher, you will:
Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and grow at their own pace.
Implement and Use Montessori-based curriculum that supports independence, concentration, and a love for learning.
Guide and observe children individually and in groups across key Montessori areas, including practical life skills, language, math, sensory activities, and cultural studies.
Encourage positive social behaviors, responsibility, and conflict resolution, fostering a calm and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Communicate with parents regularly, providing updates and insights on their child’s progress.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.
Ensure a safe, clean, and inspiring learning environment that supports the physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being of each child.

Montessori Teaching Certification (AMS, AMI, NAMC, MINC, MACTE, or equivalent). Experience working with children (ages 2-5) in a Montessori setting (preferred). Knowledge and understanding of Montessori philosophy, methods, and materials. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a peaceful, structured learning space. Excellent communication skills with both children and parents. CPR/First Aid certification (can be obtained upon hire). Ability to pass a thorough Criminal Background Check.What Makes You a Great Fit:

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
