Kindergarten Pod Teacher in Lexington, Massachusetts
We are looking for a great Kindergarten teacher to join our team! Here at SchoolHouse, we believe that teachers are the most important part of any education and that families make the best educational choices themselves. We are looking for world-class teachers to join our team and get matched with a microschool in Lexington, MA (relocation stipend provided)!
This person will be responsible for leading a Pod (a group of approximately 4-8 students of the same or similar grade level) for up to five hours a day, five days a week. They will create the curriculum, teach the lessons, communicate with all key stakeholders, and respond to the needs of families and students in their Pod.
It’s a great opportunity for teachers with at least 2 years of Montessori teaching experience who have a passion for education, an entrepreneurial spirit, a solutions-oriented attitude, and comfort with charting a new path in education.
