Forest Park Montessori, located in a growing community of young families and professionals, presents a unique opportunity for a Montessori educator with leadership skills and a great rapport with adults as well as children. We are looking for a special person interested in and able to take this small one-room school into a future of expanded outreach and sustainability. The right candidate will work alongside experienced Montessori guides and a dedicated Board of Trustees, providing leadership and ensuring a high quality Montessori care and learning environment for young children. This full-time position requires someone with vision, optimism and excellent planning and communication skills; someone who is firmly grounded in the Montessori pedagogy and philosophy; someone with a good understanding of basic business, finance, marketing, communications and planning.
