Montessori Lead Teacher in Nicoya, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, US

We are an International Environmental School in a rural area of Guanacaste, Costa Rica serving children aged 3-18 years in a Montessori – International Baccalaureate hybrid program. We have experienced unprecedented growth this year and anticipate further program growth in the coming years. We are looking for Montessori professionals eager to work in a bilingual, diverse setting and ready to help us grow and solidify our existing program.

Qualifications:
-Four-year university degree
-Teaching credential
-Montessori certification in the level to be taught: 18 mos-3 yrs, 3-6 or 6-9.

-Has demonstrated success in working with children, families, and colleagues as a Montessori lead teacher/guide
-Is eager to fully integrate bilingual, environmental, and Montessori education.
-Is bilingual in Spanish and English
-Has experience living and working internationally and in communities with limited infrastructure.
