Secondary and Upper Elementary Guides in Phoenix, Arizona

The Desert Garden Montessori School has openings for Secondary (7th  through 12th grades) and Upper Elementary Montessori guides to join our school community for the 2021-22 school year.  We are a well-established, accredited, and growing Montessori school well-known for our traditions and values of interpersonal connection, higher-order thinking, character, wellness, and excellence in  Montessori education.

At the Secondary level, we currently offer a Montessori International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program.

We believe in preparing students for a post-secondary experience that includes admission and completion to university programs, as well as their ability to live balanced and meaningful lives. Our goal is for our graduates to be mindful global scholars, who have the ability to pursue wide varieties of goals.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s Degree and a Montessori Elementary or Secondary credential from a MACTE accredited program, a strong inter-disciplinary background, an orientation to guided inquiry and hands-on discovery learning, and strong skills in building a sense of community.
